I’m launching an upscale wellness and holistic-living concept and need a designer who can translate that vision into a 12–16 page, investor-ready brochure that instantly feels luxurious and exclusive. The look has to balance nature with refinement: creamy neutrals, muted greens and other earthy accents, paired with impeccable typography and generous white space. There are no rigid brand guidelines holding you back, so you’ll have full creative freedom—as long as every spread whispers premium quality.

The story should unfold visually; I’m picturing sweeping lifestyle images, elegant icons, and carefully structured copy blocks that guide a potential investor through our philosophy, amenities, and revenue model without ever feeling cluttered.
