Design Finance Available Homepage Badge

I need a crisp “Finance Available” badge created exclusively for the homepage hero area of my website. The badge should look clean and minimalist in form, yet pop immediately through a contrasting colour palette so it never gets lost against any background image I may place behind it.

Here is what will make the job a success:
• Visual style: simple, flat design—no gradients or complex shadows.
• Colours: feel free to experiment, but the main text or outline must clearly stand out from typical light-and-dark web backgrounds.
• Format: supply the final artwork as an SVG (for sharp scaling) and a fallback PNG @2x.
• Variations: one light-on-dark and one dark-on-light version so I can swap as needed.
