I have an 8–9 page annual report drafted and ready for layout. I’d like you to transform the plain text into a polished PDF that immediately grabs attention.
The look should be modern and sleek throughout. The main story I need to elevate is our statistics and data, so please weave custom infographics into the pages rather than basic charts. Think clean colour palettes, consistent typography, and balanced white space.
Scope of work
• Create a cohesive visual theme and apply it across all pages.
• Design bespoke infographics for the key data points I’ll supply.
• Arrange copy, headings, and any images I provide into an engaging layout that reads smoothly on screen and when printed.
• Deliver the final report as a press-ready, interactive PDF (links clickable).
• Include the working design file (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) so we can update next year.
I’ll share the draft, brand colours, and additional assets once we begin. Two rounds of refinements after the first full draft will be plenty to nail the finish.
