I’m creating a new line of casual women’s clothing and need a fashion designer who can turn loose concepts into production-ready pieces. The range will focus on relaxed tops, bottoms, and lightweight layering items—think comfortable silhouettes with a modern edge.

What I need from you
• Refine the overall look and feel so each garment forms a cohesive mini-collection.
• Develop clear hand or digital concept sketches (about 5–7 pieces).
• Translate approved sketches into detailed tech packs, including flat drawings, fabric and trim specs, measurements, and construction notes.
• Suggest color palettes and any subtle prints that keep the collection fresh yet commercially viable.

Ideal background
• Solid portfolio of women’s casualwear design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (or similar CAD tools) for flats and tech packs.
• Understanding of fabric sourcing, pattern basics, and cost-effective construction methods.

Timeline
