Design Branded Marketing Collateral
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I’m ready to expand our existing brand into a full suite of print-ready marketing pieces and need a designer who can translate our rough concepts into polished, on-brand PDFs.
Scope of work
Our current look, logo files, colors, and fonts are already defined; you’ll use them as the foundation while adding fresh, cohesive layouts across multiple items. The pieces I need include:
• Sales pamphlet (tri-fold or bi-fold—open to your recommendation)
• Branded envelopes
• Business or note cards
• Sales price sheet
• Quote & sales agreement templates
• Presentation folder cover & inside pockets
Deliverables
• Press-ready PDFs for each item (CMYK, 300 dpi, 1/8" bleed)
• Editable source files (InDesign or Illustrator) packaged with fonts and linked graphics
• A short style reference showing margins, headline hierarchy, and any graphic elements you introduce so we can maintain consistency on future pieces.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every file follows our supplied brand guidelines exactly—colors, typefaces, and logo usage.
2. Grid and margin structure allows a commercial printer to run without adjustments.
3. Text and graphics remain fully editable in the source files.
4. Final sign-off will be given once a low-res proof and press-ready PDF are both approved.
If this sounds like a fit, please outline your proposed timeline along with any clarifying questions you may have.
