DataRoomBuilder SaaS Brand Identity
Budget: $250 – $500 USD
Scope of Work: Brand Guidelines & Website CTA GIF for DataRoomBuilder.com
Overview
DataRoomBuilder.com is a new SaaS platform that automates the creation of professional data-room folder structures for M&A, fundraising, and due diligence processes.
The product allows bankers, lawyers, accountants, and founders to upload a simple Excel file containing their folder hierarchy, visualize or edit it instantly, and then generate a clean, organized ZIP file ready for upload to their data room (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
In the next phases, the platform will evolve to include:
Branded data-room trackers
A “Rebuilder” for legacy data rooms
Automation tools to standardize folder structures across clients and deals
For now, the MVP focuses on simplicity, speed, and professionalism — helping advisers build and organize deal data rooms in seconds.
Objective
We are looking for a creative brand designer to:
Develop concise, professional brand guidelines for DataRoomBuilder.com
Create a short GIF video (approx. 10–15 seconds) that acts as a call-to-action (CTA) on the homepage
The website will be built using the Finto Framer template:
https://www.framer.com/marketplace/templates/finto/
The brand look and feel must therefore fit seamlessly with this clean, modern, B2B SaaS aesthetic.
Deliverables
1. Brand Guidelines (Core Visual Identity)
Deliver a 5–7 page brand document (PDF or Figma) covering:
Logo
Primary logo (horizontal) and stacked variation
Monochrome/white versions
Usage rules and minimum sizes
Color Palette
Primary color (base brand color)
Secondary and accent colors
Background and neutral tones (for clean UI and slides)
Typography
Font pairings for headings, subheadings, and body
Web-safe equivalents (for Framer and PPT use)
Iconography & Shapes
Preferred icon styles (line / filled / rounded)
Illustrative style reference (if applicable)
Tone & Feel
Professional yet simple — “Built by advisers, for advisers.”
Clean, efficient, minimal UI — inspired by tools like Notion, Airtable, or Pitch.
Avoid corporate clichés or over-engineered design.
Aim for trust, simplicity, and speed.
2. Short CTA GIF / Micro Video (10–15 seconds)
Purpose: A looping visual for the homepage hero section that quickly conveys what DataRoomBuilder does.
Content direction:
Begin with text: “Building your data room shouldn’t take hours…”
Visual cue: Excel file being uploaded
Folders instantly appear and expand into a structured data room
End with: “Generate your data room in seconds — Free Beta Access Now”
Include subtle branding (logo + URL: dataroombuilder.com)
Style:
Smooth, clean motion (Framer-compatible MP4 or GIF)
Brand-aligned colors
No voiceover, just simple motion and light music (optional)
Deliverables Format
Brand Guidelines: PDF + Figma (or editable source)
Logo files: SVG, PNG, JPG (light and dark variants)
CTA GIF/Video: MP4 and GIF formats, optimized for Framer
Delivery timeline: within 7–10 days
Reference & Inspiration

(Template)
