Data-Driven Scientific Poster Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a designer who can transform my existing PowerPoint slides into a polished, data-focused scientific poster that clearly summarizes our study results for a clinical-research audience. Oh - and before I forget - you would need to be able to START the project within the next 9 hours and COMPLETE it in a total of under 9 hours from then.
The majority of the anchoring content—graphs, bullet points, graphics, tables, and figures—is already drafted in an 18-slide presentation; your role is to use it as the basis of a proper looking scientific poster -- reorganize it into an eye-catching layout, apply professional typography and color hierarchy, and ensure everything is publication-ready, without any errors in formatting or content.
You must have enough basic scientific and design fluency to make a clinical/scientific poster, and be able to write descriptive language (a few sentences here and there) as needed, to weave the slide content into a coherent form, with sections and a basic narrative. Sections will be standard, with Title, Authors, Institutions and Summary at the top, followed by Introduction / Methods / Results / Conclusions / References / Contact. Exact formatting instructions (primarily overall size) of poster will follow.
Key deliverables:
• One print-ready PDF at the required conference dimensions
• A source file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or PowerPoint) so we can make minor edits later
• Clean, consistent data visualizations that highlight key findings without visual clutter
• Logical flow from objectives through methodology to conclusions, optimized for quick scanning by clinicians
I’m looking for someone who can start immediately and iterate quickly based on feedback. Familiarity with pharmaceutical or clinical poster standards or style is essential.
