Custom Holiday Stationery Artwork

I have fallen in love with the note cards in this Etsy listing: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/4390968449/plaid-bow-christmas-note-cards. I’d like to keep the same plaid-inspired pink, red and green palette and retain the small banner design that appears on the back, but everything else needs a subtle makeover.

Here’s what I need:
• Front: swap the bow in the bottom-left corner for a hand-sketched ornament tree. Centered at the top it should read “Happy Holidays,” and directly beneath that, my personal initials (I’ll supply them once we start).
• Back: replace the row of trees with the same ornament-tree illustration so the front and back feel cohesive.
• Files: print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi) plus the editable source file from Illustrator, Photoshop or a comparable design tool.
