Custom Hair Accessories & Cap Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m developing a line of statement pieces focused on hair accessories and skull cap modifications. What I need first are my original design created to a tech pack traditional embroidery or simple prints—I’m looking for creative shaping and structural tweaks that will make each item stand out at a glance.
Here’s how I picture the workflow: you sketch or model several ideas for hair accessories (think elevated versions of bands, pins, or hybrid pieces) alongside one or two hat silhouettes transformed through innovative cuts, folds, or added elements. Once we narrow the concepts, you’ll refine selected designs into production-ready files with clear material notes, dimensions, and finishing details so a manufacturer can follow them without guesswork.
Software is up to you—Adobe Illustrator, Clo3D, Procreate, even hand-drawn scans are fine as long as the final files are clean, vector-ready, and accurately dimensioned. If you can also build quick 3-D mock-ups to show the shaping differences, that’s a plus.
Deliverables
• 4–6 initial rough concepts for both hair accessories and cap modification
• 2 polished, production-ready designs (AI or layered PSD + PDF tech pack)
• Optional 3-D or physical mock-ups if feasible
