Custom Darts Polo Shirt Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to create a unique graphic/logo for a darts-themed polo shirt. The design should incorporate a combination of text and images.

So I’ve taken inspiration from one of my favourite footballers Ronaldinho , and my surname is Hayes so I’m trying to go with my nickname as Hayesinho. I’ve got a rough logo as I like the space type colours but then also feeling a retro Brazil shirt look. Like Hayseinho on the back like Ronaldinho would as if it’s a football shirt , just with a darts shirt tweek.
