Custom Cylindrical Packaging Dielines
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
My brand needs three tuck-end cartons engineered to FEFCO/ECMA standards for cylindrical products:
• Product 1 – candle (Ø 6 cm × 8.5 cm)
• Product 2 – spray bottle (Ø 4.5 cm × 13.5 cm)
• Product 3 – reed diffuser (Ø 9.5 cm × 9 cm with 25 cm reeds, requires an octagonal inner insert with a notch for the reeds)
Only structural work is required—no graphics or logos. I work in Adobe Illustrator, so final dielines must arrive as AI files with matching PDFs. Please keep cut, fold, and bleed on their own layers and calculate the finished box dimensions from the product sizes provided.
I would appreciate material and board-thickness recommendations appropriate to each item. Physical-prototype experience is a bonus, as I intend to move quickly from flat-art to sample.
Deliverables
– Three print-ready dielines (AI + PDF)
– Separate layers for cut, fold, bleed
– Inner insert design for the diffuser box
– Short note explaining material choices and any assembly tips
