Custom Baby Romper Design

I am starting a babywear brand and need a fashion CAD / technical designer to help create professional flat sketches and technical drawings of baby clothing (bodysuits, babygrows, and related items).
The work will involve:
Creating detailed CAD drawings of designs (front, back, and side views).
Inserting measurements and size specifications (for newborn up to 24 months).
Preparing tech packs for manufacturers, including construction notes and fabric details.

Requirements:
Experience in fashion CAD (Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar).
Previous work with children’s or babywear (preferred).
Ability to create measurement charts and translate design ideas into clear tech packs.
Attention to detail in stitching, trims, and fabric annotations.
Deliverables:
2–3 designs (initially bodysuits & babygrows).
Flat sketches with measurements.
Full tech pack(s) ready for manufacturer use
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of UK/EU babywear sizing standards.
Experience in sustainable fabrics and baby-safe materials.
Budget & Timeline:
