Creative Informational Brochure Design

I’m looking for a designer who can bring our brand story to life in an engaging, informational brochure aimed squarely at potential clients. The brochure will be the first touch-point many prospects have with us, so it has to communicate credibility, value and style in equal measure.

Here’s what I need right now:
• A clean, visually compelling tri-fold (or similarly concise) brochure that feels fresh, premium and on-brand
• Copy and layout that highlight our key services, a short “about us”, client benefits and a clear call-to-action
• Final files delivered both print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi PDF) and in an editable source format—InDesign preferred, but Illustrator or Photoshop are fine if that’s your wheelhouse

Acceptance criteria:
1. Design follows our brand colours and typography (I’ll provide the assets).
2. All text is easily editable for future updates.
3. Margins, bleeds and resolution meet standard commercial print specs.
4. Digital PDF optimized for email/web (under 5 MB).
