Creative Corporate Brochure Booklet

Job ID: 40258138

Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR

I’m looking for a designer who can craft a multi-page booklet template that lets us tell our company story in a visually striking, creative, and artistic way. The booklet will eventually showcase our capabilities, key services, company information, and the milestones we’re proud of, so the layout needs to balance vivid design elements with clear, professional readability. Brochure Structure:

The brochure should be an eight-sided (8-page) design.

The layout should be clean, premium, and professionally structured.

Design & Branding Guidelines:

Use our brand family colors consistently throughout the design.

Incorporate the Hadron Homes logo appropriately and professionally.

Maintain a modern, elegant, and trustworthy visual tone.

Content Style:

The content presentation should follow a storytelling approach.

The narrative should emotionally connect with readers and make them “feel” the journey of building their dream home.

The tone should be warm, aspirational, and reassuring — addressing the emotions and dreams of families planning to build their own home.

Image Requirements:

Use high-quality, relevant construction-related images.

Focus on residential projects such as villas and independent houses.

Include visuals of happy families in residential settings to reinforce the emotional storytelling concept.

Ensure all images align with a premium residential brand identity.

Objective:
The brochure should not just inform — it should inspire trust, confidence, and excitement in prospective homeowners

I will supply our logo, brand colours, fonts, and rough copy; you set up the grid, master pages, and visual language that ties it all together. Think bold typography, engaging image frames, and space for infographics or timeline graphics that highlight achievements.

Deliverables (print-ready and editable):
• Layered Adobe InDesign file (.indd or .idml) with paragraph/character styles and master pages
• High-resolution, CMYK PDF with bleed and crop marks for press
• Any custom graphics or icons in vector format
• A brief style guide so future updates stay consistent

Please allow for two quick rounds of revisions. If you prefer Illustrator or another tool for specific elements, just keep everything linked and editable inside the main InDesign file. Looking forward to seeing how you can translate our story into a standout booklet.
