Create 2 cartoon characters and rig

We need vector-style cartoon characters - one male and one female- designed as separate body parts for skeletal animation.
Each body part must be on its own layer with transparent background.
Then you must rig the characters in DragonBones free software and support animations like walk, run, sit, wave, talk, laugh, cry.
Final delivery must include all parts in SVG or PNG and dragonbons exported JSON files like
character_skeleton.json
character_texture.json
character_texture.png
And allow full commercial redistribution
and code co py ri ghts belong to me.
Need all original files like .ai files and screenshots of working. Do not download characters anything online else you will face legal consequences.
