Corporate Resume Design – Editable PDF
1. Overview
Critical Facility Group (CFG) is seeking a freelance designer to create a professional corporate resume for use in client proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing submissions. The resume will represent the firm at an executive and enterprise-client level and must be clean, modern, and easily editable.
2. Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will:
• Design a 1– page corporate resume suitable for inclusion in formal proposals
• Develop a clean, professional layout aligned with engineering / consulting services
• Incorporate CFG branding (logo, colors, typography – to be provided)
• Structure content to highlight (don't view these as limits, but concepts):
• Personal overview, with space for photo
• Years of experience
• Relevant experience / facility size / facility capacity in MW
• Certifications or credentials (as applicable)
CFG will provide all written content and branding assets.
3. Deliverables
The freelancer shall deliver:
• Editable PDF (primary deliverable)
• Source / working file used to create the PDF (e.g., Word)
• Final PDF optimized for:
• Proposal insertion
• Digital sharing
• High-quality printing
4. Editability Requirements
The final product must allow CFG to:
• Update text content internally without redesign
• Reuse the template for future proposals
• Maintain formatting consistency across edits

5. Design Expectations
• Professional, modern, and understated
• Appropriate for enterprise, infrastructure, and technical clients
• No stock-heavy or overly stylized graphics
• Clear hierarchy and readability
6. Schedule
• Desired start: Upon award
• Initial draft: Within 7–10 business days
• Final delivery: Within 14 business days, including one revision round
