Cosmetics Digital Instruction Leaflet Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hello designers,
I’m hiring a single freelancer to design digital instruction leaflets for my natural‑cosmetics range. To keep everything fair and protect your pricing, please submit a sealed bid that includes one sample leaflet in English.
(The layout I describe below is for reference only—if you can propose a clearer or more creative structure, I’m open to it.)
1 | Scope of the Full Contract
Products:- 12 herbal‑powder SKUs (Henna, Neem, Aloe Vera, etc.)
Leaflet size:- A5 or A4 portrait PDF (no print folds)
Pages per product:- 3 (cover page + 2 interior pages)
Languages:- 6 total (EN, FR, DE, ES, IT, NL)
Deliverables
• 72 finished PDFs (12 products × 6 languages)
• Editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva)
Assets provided:- Brand colours, logos, icons, product photos, English copy for all sections, approved translations for each language
2 | What to Include in Your Sealed Bid
- One sample leaflet (English only) (sample of anything similar done for any other brand or use our files and create a sample for our product using the product data in the attached files.
- Follow the 3‑page structure (cover / directions grid / storage & safety) or suggest an improved layout.
- Submit as PDF/jpg
- Fixed price for completing the remaining 11 English leaflets and adapting all 12 designs into five additional EU languages (translations can be supplied).
- Break down your quote if helpful (design + language adaptations).
- Timeline – estimated number of days or weeks to finish the full batch.
- Portfolio link – examples of similar instruction sheets, packaging, or multilingual layouts.
Important: This is a standard job (not a public contest). Use Freelancer’s “Sealed” option so only I can see your bid and sample.
