Corporate Training Workbook Design

I’m putting together a 30-page workbook for an upcoming corporate training program and want every page to feel engaging, memorable, and on-brand. The file must be built entirely in Adobe Illustrator so we can update content internally later on.

Because the company has never formalised its visual identity, I’ll be relying on you to establish a fresh yet coherent look—colour palette, typography and any graphic accents—that can grow into our future branding. Think creative and vibrant rather than conservative: bold colour blocking, expressive icons, and layouts that keep participants turning the page while still feeling professional enough for the boardroom.

Here’s how I see the process:

• First, share a few relevant samples or portfolio links that prove you’ve handled multi-page Illustrator documents before.
• Once we agree on the general direction, you’ll design the full 30-page workbook, supplying layered .ai files and a print-ready PDF.
• I’ll provide text and rough page flow; you bring the visual storytelling that ties it all together.

Final acceptance will be based on print-ready accuracy, consistency of the new mini-brand you create, and ease of future editing in Illustrator.
