Corporate Thank-You Invitation Design

I’m organizing a corporate thank-you party and want an invitation that feels polished and on-brand. The goal is a single design delivered in two formats: an email-ready version and an editable, print-quality PDF.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Clean, modern layout that reflects a professional yet celebratory tone
• Space for key details (event title, date, time, venue, RSVP link) that I can update later if needed
• Company colors, logo, and font usage (I’ll supply brand assets once we start)
nice look and feel with a party vibe, maybe some images from the location
• Optimized email graphic or HTML file that looks great across major email clients
• High-resolution, editable PDF (A5 or US half-page) suitable for quick desktop printing

I’ll review an initial concept, offer feedback, and expect one final round of minor revisions. Preferred tools include Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar professional design software, but I’m flexible as long as the files remain fully editable.
