Corporate Stationery Suite Design

I need a fresh stationery suite that keeps every touch-point of our company looking united and unmistakably “us.” The core objective is brand consistency, so every piece you design—business card, letterhead, email signature and any complementary items we decide to add—must lock into our existing logo and official color palette.

You’ll receive the vector logo files, HEX / Pantone codes and a short mood board the moment we kick off. The visual tone is professional and sleek; think clean layouts, confident use of whitespace and typography that feels modern yet timeless—nothing overly playful or flashy.

Deliverables (print-ready + editable):
• Business card (front & back)
• A4/US letterhead template
• Email signature (HTML or image-based, whichever you recommend)
• Optional extras we agree on together, laid out in the same style library

Each file should be set up with appropriate bleeds, safe margins and color profiles (CMYK for print, RGB for digital). Source files in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or compatible formats are required alongside PDF proofs.
