Corporate Profile Design & Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a polished, corporate-grade company profile for Talobeeg Consulting Services (TCS) that our partners, donors, and clients can browse online or print without any loss in quality.
Scope of work
• Transform the source material from our existing profile into a refined narrative and layout that highlights our mission & vision, services offered, and a concise set of case studies.
• Apply a clean, corporate and professional style—think strong typography, balanced white space, and a restrained colour palette that aligns with the Talobeeg Foundation brand.
• Supply two final formats:
– A press-ready PDF suitable for email, web download, and high-resolution printing.
– A fully editable master file (InDesign, PowerPoint, or similar) plus an online link so my team can update figures and projects as they evolve.
Key considerations
Accuracy matters: our consulting spans governance, education, resilience, social protection, research, and institutional development, so each section must be presented succinctly yet persuasively. Infographics or iconography that quickly convey impact are welcome, as are professional stock images that reinforce credibility.
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual identity follows the agreed style guide (fonts, colours, logo usage).
2. All copy proof-read and structured for easy scanning, with clear calls to action.
3. Print test shows no pixelation or margin issues; digital file size remains email-friendly.
4. Editable file functions correctly with no missing assets or font conflicts.
Please outline your proposed timeline, the design tools you’ll use (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.), and at least two samples of comparable corporate profiles you have produced.
