Corporate Governance PDF Templates

I’m refreshing our suite of corporate governance documents and need a designer who can turn them into polished, unified PDF templates. All files must follow a formal, traditional look that feels authoritative without looking dated. Consistency in typography, color palette (deep navy, charcoal, and white), margins, and header-footer placement is essential so each document feels like part of the same family, whether viewed on-screen or printed.

Your deliverables:
• Board meeting agenda template
• Compliance report template
• Policy document template

Each template should:
• Be built natively in Adobe InDesign (or Illustrator if you prefer) and exported as an editable, fillable PDF.
• Include defined paragraph/character styles for headings, body text, tables, and footnotes.
• Allow easy insertion of our logo and optional subsidiary logos in a preset header area.
• Display dynamic page numbering and space for document classification (CONFIDENTIAL, PUBLIC, etc.) in the footer.
• Render crisply when printed in black-and-white or color.

I’ll supply sample content, our brand guidelines, and a few legacy documents for reference. Final files should be ready for immediate use, with all packaged assets (INDD/AI, fonts, linked graphics) included.
