Corporate Event Email Design Collateral
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m preparing a corporate event and need fresh, eye-catching visuals tailored for an email-marketing push. The assets have to capture the professional tone of the event while still feeling engaging enough for busy executives who will be opening the message on desktop and mobile.
Core deliverables
• Branded email header/banner in both desktop (1200 px wide) and mobile (640 px) formats
• Body graphics or modular content blocks that can be dragged into Mailchimp or similar editors
• A one-page PDF flyer that can be linked or attached to the email, matching the same look and feel
• Simple, consistent footer graphic that includes space for sponsor logos
Visual direction
Clean, modern lines with our corporate palette (I’ll share the style guide), minimal text on graphics, and a clear call-to-action that drives recipients to the event registration page. Imagery should feel professional yet lively—think conference-floor energy rather than stock-photo stiffness.
Technical notes
RGB, 72 dpi for on-screen assets; CMYK ready-to-print version of the PDF in case we decide to hand it out onsite. Final files in layered PSD or AI plus exported PNG/JPG and PDF.
Acceptance criteria
1. All assets render correctly in Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail previews.
2. Text remains crisp at 100 % zoom; no heavy compression artifacts.
3. Colors match our provided hex codes.
4. Final hand-off includes an editable source file and a quick style sheet summarizing fonts and colors.
If you’ve previously designed promotional email visuals for conferences, product launches, or executive webinars, your portfolio examples will help me decide quickly.
