We are launching a new machine and I want a concise one page flyer that we can email our customers. I will attach pictures. Copy is below.
You’ll have two visual pillars to work with: high-quality product photos that I’ll supply and a couple of contextual shots that show the equipment in use. I’m counting on your layout skills to weave these images into a clear hierarchy and pair them with concise copy blocks that highlight the equipment’s main features and benefits. I can provide the raw text or we can fine-tune it together if you spot messaging gaps.
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF (US Letter + 3 mm bleed)
• Editable source file (AI or InDesign preferred; layered PSD acceptable)
• Web-optimised PNG/PDF for email blasts
Acceptance criteria
• Branding follows our existing colour palette and fonts (style guide provided on award)
• Visual balance: product photo receives primary focus; usage scenario images support, never clutter
• All text is proof-read, aligned, and within safe margins
• Final files load, export, and print without resolution or font-embedding issues
