Corporate Deck Redesign & Layout
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an existing PowerPoint deck that carries all the right information, yet visually it no longer represents the level of polish our company wants to project. I need the entire presentation—and the separate project-process flow that accompanies it—re-designed to look crisp, professional and firmly in line with our corporate identity.
Here is what I will supply the moment we start:
• Current slide deck in .pptx format (about 25–30 slides)
• Existing project-process diagram
• Our full brand guidelines: fonts, color palette, logo usage and spacing rules
The assignment is centered on improving visual appeal, but it must stay unmistakably professional and corporate; think clean typography, confident spacing, executive-level imagery and data visuals that stand out without being flashy. Every redesigned slide should fit seamlessly into the template so our team can add, remove or duplicate slides later without breaking the look.
Key results I expect:
• A refreshed, master-slide driven PowerPoint file (compatible with Microsoft 365)
• A vector-based, standalone project-process layout/infographic that can live both inside the deck and as a separate PDF or PNG
• All linked assets, icons and fonts packaged or referenced properly
I’m open to your creative suggestions—as long as they respect the guidelines I provide—so feel free to propose layout variations, iconography sets, or subtle motion transitions that reinforce clarity. If you typically craft graphics in Illustrator or Figma before importing to PowerPoint, that works for me; just include those source files when you deliver.
Once you send the first draft, I’ll give consolidated feedback within 24 hours. Two revision rounds should be plenty to get everything dialed in, but we can discuss if more are required.
If you have a portfolio that shows similar corporate decks, please share the link so I can gauge fit quickly. I’m looking forward to turning this content into a presentation we’re genuinely proud to show clients and stakeholders.
