Corporate Branding Kit & Logo Refinement for HR Consulting Firm

Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced graphic designer/brand specialist to finalize the visual identity for HR Wyse, a professional HR consulting firm. We have an existing logo concept and color palette (based on our website: hrwyse.com), but we require a professional polish—specifically regarding typography—and the creation of a cohesive business collateral kit.
The goal is to create a "Big Firm" professional look that establishes trust and authority.
1. Logo Finalization & Refinement: We have the Adobe Illustrator (.ai) source files for our current logo concept.
The Task: We need to improve the font/wordmark. We have a JPEG reference of a font style we like, but we are open to your professional recommendation for a clean, modern, corporate typeface.
Modularity: The final logo must be modular. We need the "Text Mark" to stand alone, the "Icon" to stand alone, and a "Lockup" of both combined.
Color Variations: Final files must be delivered in:

2. Branding Kit Deliverables: Once the logo is finalized, we need the following collateral designed to match the new brand aesthetic:
Corporate Letterhead: A clean, professional layout delivered in MS Word (editable) and PDF.
Presentation Template: A Master Slide layout for PowerPoint (Title slide, Content slide, Section header).
Standard Business Card: (Optional, please specify if included in your bid).
What We Will Provide:
Current Adobe Illustrator (.ai) source files.
JPEG reference of the preferred font style.
Link to the website for color matching context.
Final File Requirements:
Vector Source Files (AI, EPS).
High-Res Exports (PNG, JPG, SVG) for web and print.
Font files (or links to purchase licenses).
Ideal Freelancer:
