Convert PNG to Optimized SVG

I have several PNG images that I would like either redrawn or converted to SVG format.
Requirements:
- Close match to the original PNG, no modifications needed.
- SVG must be optimized for both web and print use.
- Medium detail retention, balancing quality and file size.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in vector graphic software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape).
- Experience with image optimization for web and print.
- Attention to detail for accurate reproduction.
We have tried online tools to directly convert from PNG to SVG and it didn't produce the quality we are looking for.
