Convert PNG Logos to Vectors - Rush order

I have several company logos saved only as PNGs and I need them rebuilt as true, fully-editable vector artwork. The goal is to keep every colour, gradient and edge crisp so the files can scale perfectly for any future use—from tiny favicons all the way up to large-format print.
Please recreate each logo in a standard vector suite (Adobe Illustrator or comparable software) and return them in AI, EPS and SVG formats, along with a high-resolution transparent PNG for quick previews. Make sure paths are clean, text is converted to outlines and no unwanted artefacts remain from the raster originals.
Before delivering, verify that the vectors remain sharp at 400% zoom and that file sizes stay lean. If any elements need to be redrawn by hand instead of auto-traced, go ahead; quality matters more than speed.
