Convert PNG to Detailed Vector

I have a PNG with fine lines, elements that must be rebuilt as a crisp, fully scalable vector. The artwork is headed for large-format printing (think banners and signage), so every curve and colour needs to hold up flawlessly when it’s blown up.

Here’s what I need from you: recreate the entire illustration in Adobe Illustrator, supply the final file as a clean .AI with organized layers, closed paths, and zero stray points. The colors should match the source perfectly in CMYK, and the result should look hand-crafted—not the rough edges that come from quick auto-trace tools.

I’ll review the first draft at 400 % zoom to check smoothness and accuracy, then we can make any micro-adjustments before final delivery. Once the vector mirrors the PNG pixel-for-pixel (but infinitely scalable), I’ll approve and release payment.
