Convert PNG Designs to Editable SVG Files

I need around 30 PNG type design graphics converted to fully editable SVG files.

Requirements:
- No automatic or PNG embedded SVG files; SVGs must be fully editable
- Some designs contain text elements that need to remain editable
- Original font styles must be preserved
- Attention needed for complex patterns or textures
- Should be given total price for the project, not for piece base.
- Automated bids will not be evaluated.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in graphic design and SVG creation
- Experience with complex patterns and textures
- Strong typography skills to maintain original font styles
