Convert PDFs to SVGs with Font Preservation

I need two PDF image files converted into SVG single layer format. The content is words that cut through the sides of the circle...squiggle lines and two dots inside of a circle.

Requirements:
- Preserve exact font style
- Black and white color scheme (need to be able to use it in Design Space for Cricut HTV
-Remove all background coloring
-remove the title located at the top of the image page "Salty Recess Crew Logo Analysis
-Remove all of the text located at the bottom of the image page that starts at "Likely Fonts Used..."

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in vector graphic software
- Attention to detail for font accuracy
- Experience with PDF to SVG conversion
