Convert JPEG Artwork to AI

I have a finished piece of artwork in JPEG format that must be rebuilt in Adobe Illustrator so my manufacturer can work with it confidently. The job goes beyond a straight file save—I need the design re-created as clean, organised vector artwork that respects typical production standards (proper colour mode, scalable paths, tidy layers).
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• A single, fully editable .AI file that mirrors the original JPEG with no visible loss of quality.
• All text converted to outlines (unless you advise otherwise for print accuracy).
• Colours set in a print-ready profile and any subtle gradients or effects translated accurately into vector or high-resolution embedded images.
I will supply the JPEG as soon as we start. If you spot anything that could cause trouble on the press—bleed, resolution, or alignment—let me know so we can fix it before sign-off. Once the Illustrator file passes inspection on my end, the project is done.
