Convert Detailed Logo to Vector

I have a layered Photoshop logo—rich in tonal shading and intricate illustration—along with carefully chosen type. I now need that exact design rebuilt as a true, resolution-independent vector. My top priority is keeping the entire composition looking identical from screen to press; gradients, subtle highlights, and the typography must match the PSD perfectly.
The vector will be used primarily for print media, so color integrity at high resolutions and scalability for everything from small stationery to large-format signage is essential.
