Convert AI Design to Editable Vector

I already have a design that was generated with an AI tool, but right now it’s a flat image and impossible to repurpose. I need it rebuilt from scratch in Adobe Illustrator so every element—text, images, and the underlying graphics—sits on its own layer and can be tweaked later for different packaging sizes.
Once the vector version is recreated, I’d like a fresh colour treatment. I’m open to your suggestions here, so feel free to propose palettes that suit cosmetics, food sleeves, or any other retail context; the key is flexibility.
