Convert Decal Photo to Print-PDF

I have a single decal saved as a JPEG photo and I need it converted into a press-ready PDF that any commercial printer can drop straight into production. The artwork itself is finished, so no colour tweaks or layout changes are required—I only need the technical side handled.

Please set the file up in CMYK with the correct resolution for large-format printing, include bleed and trim marks where appropriate, and keep any text or fine detail razor-sharp. When you deliver, I should be able to forward the PDF to my printer without further adjustments or questions.
