Convert 5-Color PSD to AI

The current artwork for my product packaging sits in a single RGB PSD and contains five distinct spot-colour layers. I now need the design rebuilt in Adobe Illustrator so that every element is true vector—no embedded pixel images—ready for press.

I will hand over:
• The layered PSD
• Exact finished-flat dimensions and bleed specs

You will return:
• A clean .ai file using those dimensions
• All graphics, text and effects recreated as scalable vector paths
• Each of the five colours placed on its own clearly-named layer or swatch
• Linked or outlined fonts, trimmed artboards and a small PDF proof for quick review

Pantone or custom spot colours are fine as long as the values match the original hues. Keep registration, overprint and trapping considerations in mind; the file must pass a standard pre-press check without warnings.
