Construction Portfolio PDF Design

I need a polished, on-brand PDF portfolio that showcases six to ten of our best construction projects. The document will be emailed to prospective clients, so it must look sharp on screen while remaining print-ready at A4 size.

I’ll supply high-resolution photos, project specs and short write-ups for each site; your role is to turn that material into a clean, engaging layout that reflects our logo, colours and typography. Please handle image optimisation, headline hierarchy, page numbering and any subtle graphic elements that reinforce a professional, trustworthy image.

The only mandatory section is “Completed Projects,” presented as individual spreads or pages—one project per page is fine, but I’m open to creative sequencing as long as every project is easy to navigate.

Deliverables
• Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator or Canva)
• High-resolution PDF (screen + print versions)
• Any custom icons, fonts or stock imagery you introduce with appropriate licences

Acceptance criteria
• 6–10 projects featured exactly as supplied
• File size below 10 MB without visible quality loss
• Colours and spacing follow our brand guide (shared on award)
