I’m preparing to unveil a new construction project and need a clean, modern visual identity that looks as solid as the buildings we put up.
First, the logo: the style must feel Modern—think confident lines, balanced spacing, and a professional edge that will translate well on site signage, helmets, and digital channels alike. I don’t have a fixed colour palette yet, so feel free to propose combinations that suit the construction sector while keeping legibility high.
Next, the brochure: I need a concise, well-laid-out piece that introduces the project and our company at a glance. I’ll supply final text and photos once we pin down the layout, but I’m keen to see your recommendations on format (bi-fold, tri-fold, or short multi-page). Consistency between the logo and brochure is essential.
Deliverables
• 2–3 initial logo concepts, with one refined to final approval
• Final logo files in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG
• Brochure design in print-ready PDF plus the editable source file (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator)
• Simple brand-usage guide (font and colour specs) so my team can keep everything on point
I work quickly, review promptly, and provide clear feedback. If you’re comfortable in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and can turn polished visuals around within a week or so, I’d love to review your portfolio and get started right away.
