Conference Poster Redesign 120x120

I have an existing scientific-research conference poster that now needs to be rebuilt at 120 cm × 120 cm. The content stays largely the same, however three brand-new graphs must be added and the overall layout will need to shift so everything still feels balanced, legible, and eye-catching from a distance.

The current file already mixes charts and graphs, images and illustrations, plus supporting text and tables; your task is to weave the additional visuals into that mix and polish the composition so it draws attention on the conference floor while preserving scientific rigour. Colour palette, typefaces, and overall style should follow the original, but I’m open to layout tweaks that improve flow and readability.

Please work at print resolution (minimum 300 dpi, CMYK) and deliver both a press-ready PDF and the editable source file (Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).

Deliverables
• Updated poster at 120 cm × 120 cm, print-ready PDF
• Editable source file with all linked assets
• One round of minor revisions included to fine-tune placement or sizing if needed

I’ll supply the current poster, the three new data graphs, and any raw images as soon as we start.
