Conference Banner Design 800x2000mm

This banner will stand at the entrance of our upcoming conference, so it must quickly communicate key event information while staying fully aligned with our corporate colours and brand guidelines. I will supply high-resolution logos, imagery, fonts and any other existing marketing assets you may need.

The final artwork should be sized at 800 × 2000 mm, set up for large-format printing with safe margins, bleed and crop marks included. CMYK, 300 dpi, and a print-ready PDF are essential; the working file in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign would be helpful for future updates.

To keep things smooth, please incorporate the corporate palette and typography exactly as provided and give the event information maximum visibility without overcrowding the layout. Two quick rounds of revisions are expected so we can fine-tune copy placement and visual hierarchy.

Once approved, I’ll send the file straight to the printer—so accuracy and attention to detail on sizing and colour management are critical. If you’re comfortable with large-format design and brand-driven layouts, I’m ready to share the assets and get started right away.
