Concept Design Illustration Needed

I’m developing a new visual concept and need an illustrator who can take rough ideas and turn them into compelling, production-ready artwork. The project is still flexible—I’m open to different styles, color palettes, and creative directions—so I’m looking for someone comfortable sketching multiple options, refining feedback, and iterating quickly.

Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• Initial thumbnail sketches that explore several creative approaches
• A refined concept sheet showing color studies, key details, and overall mood
• One final, high-resolution illustration delivered as layered Illustrator (AI) or Photoshop (PSD) files, plus a flattened PNG for easy reference

Strong command of Adobe Illustrator (or comparable digital tools such as Procreate) is essential, and the ability to keep tidy, well-labeled layers will help downstream production. I’ll provide a concise written brief and reference images once we start; deadlines are flexible but I’d like to see first sketches within a week.
