Company Templates & Profile Design

I’m refreshing our corporate collateral and need two closely related design pieces created from the ground up.

First, I need a set of report templates. These will be the documents our team updates every week, so the layouts must be clean, easy to populate, and consistent with our brand colours. Editable source files are required so we can tweak headings or tables later without breaking the overall look.

Once the templates are settled, I’d like you to craft a colourful, creative company profile. The profile will include three core sections—نبذة عن الشركة (About Us), خدماتنا (Our Services) and بيانات الاتصال (Contact Information)—arranged in a visually engaging flow that still reads clearly when printed or shared as a PDF. Think bold palettes, lively imagery and inventive typography that stays professional.

Preferred tools are Adobe InDesign or Illustrator for the profile, and either Word, PowerPoint or an InDesign master for the report templates—whatever lets us reuse the styles most efficiently. Final deliverables should be:

• Editable source files for every template and the profile
• A print-ready PDF of the company profile
• Font and colour specifications so our in-house team can stay on brand
