Community Event Promotion Flyer Design

I need a fresh, eye-catching flyer that will encourage neighbors to turn out for an upcoming community gathering. The piece must feel welcoming and energetic while clearly highlighting the event date and time, location details, and our sponsor logos. If you can, leave room for me to swap in final text once the schedule is locked, but set up the layout so those three elements can’t be missed.

Please work in CMYK at 300 dpi so the file is print-ready, and deliver an editable source file (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign preferred) along with a flattened PDF. A web-optimised JPEG or PNG for social sharing would be a nice extra touch.
