2D Color Elevation Rendering

I already have a clean, to-scale front-elevation drafted in MS Paint and saved as a bitmap. I now need that drawing transformed into a polished, full-color rendering.

Here is what I’m after: the areas marked as brick on the elevation must remain brick, while every other wall surface should receive white vinyl siding. The roof gets asphalt shingles. Please work in realistic shading, basic light direction, and a touch of soft landscaping (foundation shrubs, small lawn) so the façade feels grounded and three-dimensional.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PNG or JPEG (print and screen ready)
• Original layered file from the software you use (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, etc.) in case edits are required

The bitmap reference will be supplied immediately on project start. My expectation is a crisp, architectural-style illustration that faithfully follows the linework, color selections, and material callouts above.

Rendering not at scale but will be used as cover sheet to the set of plans that are 1/4" = 1' on 24x36 paper.
