Club Brochure Design Package

I’m refreshing my club’s marketing material and need four polished brochures that make prospective members eager to join. The brief is straightforward: two tri-folds plus two bi-folds. The bi-fold sizes can be finalized together once we look at paper specs and mailing requirements.

Each piece must work as a standalone sales tool that captures our membership benefits, showcases our facilities, and gives a taste of the events and activities we run throughout the year. I want eye-catching visuals, concise copy that sells, and a consistent look across all four brochures so they feel like part of one family.

Please be comfortable developing layouts in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator and supplying both press-ready PDF/X-1a files and the editable source files. Stock imagery or illustration suggestions are welcome as long as licensing is clear.

Deliverables:
• Two print-ready tri-fold brochures
• Two print-ready bi-fold brochures (final size to be agreed)
• Editable design files for all four pieces
• A simple style sheet so future updates stay on brand
