Client Allocation Diagrammatic PDFs
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to hand a client two polished, easy-to-read PDFs that map out exactly where their money will go when they work with my advisory practice.
Document 1 – Asset Transfer Blueprint
• Visually traces each existing holding moving from the client’s current custodian to our firm.
• For every position the PDF must display: current dollar value, how the account is titled (Joint, Trust, Individual, etc.), and the account type (IRA, Trust, 529, etc.).
• A clean diagram—think swim-lane or flow-chart style—should guide the eye from “Current Firm” to “Our Firm,” making the change of ownership unmistakable at a glance.
Document 2 – Cash & Cash-Flow Deployment Plan
• Illustrates how lump-sum cash or monthly surplus will be directed into specific strategies or accounts under our management.
• The diagram should make allocation percentages obvious so a client immediately understands the path of every dollar.
General requirements
• Final deliverables: two client-ready PDFs.
• Color palette and typography must stay professional and printable; I will provide logo files once we start.
• Source design file (Illustrator, InDesign, or similar) is required so I can edit values in the future.
• The visuals should rely on diagrams rather than dense tables or charts—clarity is paramount.
I will supply all wording, numbers, and account details; I just need your design expertise to convert that data into clear, persuasive visuals that instill confidence.
the attachments show a SIMPLE example that i found that is manual and not interactive. the word doc describes what i need on it.
Also if the document can expand or shrink as more sections are added that would be great
