Clean A4 Brochure Design -- 2

I need a fresh, modern-and-minimalist A4 brochure laid out for print. The piece will serve primarily as informational content, so the design should guide the eye logically while keeping plenty of white space. I’ll supply all imagery and text as soon as we start; what I need from you is the creative direction, layout, and pre-press preparation.

The final file must be print-ready (CMYK, 3 mm bleed, embedded fonts) and turned around within the next two to three days. Please work in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator so I can receive the packaged source along with a high-resolution PDF.
