Classic Wedding Invitation Vectorization Needed

I have a wedding invitation design in raster form that now needs to be rebuilt as a clean, fully-scalable vector while preserving its classic, timeless look. Every flourish, serif and border must feel identical to the original artwork, just crisp enough for any print size.

You’ll work in Adobe Illustrator (or similar pro-grade vector software), carefully tracing and recreating the layout, colour palette and typography so that nothing looks auto-traced or blurry. Please keep layers tidy and name them clearly; I may want to tweak text later.
