Classic Text Embroidery Digitizing

I have a short piece of classic-style text that needs to be converted into a clean, production-ready embroidery file. The finished sew-out will be small—between 1 and 2 inches—so I’m looking for tight, efficient stitching that runs smoothly on standard commercial machines.

Scope
• Digitize the supplied text artwork in a classic font style.
• Optimize for a finished size of 1–2 inches without compromising legibility.
• Provide the master file in the common machine formats I use most often (.DST and .PES preferred; additional formats welcome).
• Include a thread colour chart, stitch count, and any trim or stop commands.
• Allow one round of tweaks if the initial test sew reveals spacing or density issues.

I’ll supply the vector/PDF of the text as soon as we start. If you’ve got samples of previous small-scale lettering work, please share them so I can gauge quality. Looking forward to a crisp, perfectly balanced file I can run straight to the machine.
