Classic Rigid Mailer Design

I need a clean, classic layout for a two-sided white rigid mailer, 9" x 11.5". One face must leave a clear 4" x 6" rectangle free of art so a shipping label can be applied without covering key visuals, an outline of the label is ideal. Our corporate palette, logo, tagline (Welcome Packet! or Welcome to the TGCL Family!)and a small contractor badge provide the only graphics; all assets are ready for immediate hand-off in PNG formats. The mailer doesn't have to be completely covered with design, we want a classic placement of art on a white envelope

The job is simply to compose an eye-catching, print-ready design that feels timeless rather than modern or minimalist, fits the dieline precisely and makes the best use of our colors. No photo manipulation or illustration is required—just smart placement, hierarchy and maybe a subtle background texture or pattern that reinforces the brand.

Because the envelopes must go to press next week, I need first concepts within 48 hours and final files (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign plus press-quality PDF) no later than day five. Final art should include:
• Front and back layouts on the provided template
• Outlined fonts and linked images
• 0.125" bleed and trim lines
